Best Barber Haircut in Da Nang 2025

Even if you aren’t obsessed with your appearance, a bad haircut can leave you disappointed on your holiday. Sometimes you land in a foreign destination and you don’t know where to go. I usually continue my exploration of the city and make a note of any decent places I see along the way. You don’t have to do that because I have a list of 8 great barbers in Da Nang, organized by location to help you find the closest one to where you’re staying.

City Side (Hai Chau)

This is a small operation that is run by a friendly and talented young barber. He is passionate and professional about cutting hair and will take his time. It’s a little hard to find and you need to make a booking but it’s worth the effort. I rate this as the best barber in Da Nang.

This barber shop is right near the Han Markets in the city, and it’s like super close to the pink church that all the tourists go to in the main city side area of Da Nang. I’ve walked past it a bunch of times, but I never noticed the white and red sign. But when I finally went up the stairs and tried it out, man, I had the most luxurious and high-quality hair cutting, steaming, and shave experience ever! And guess what? The price was like excellent, so affordable for the amazing value they give you. Oh, and their customer care? It’s seriously top-notch. I can’t recommend this place enough, the folks there are so friendly too. You gotta check it out!

Not sure why this place doesn’t have more reviews — I’ve been here four times now and every visit has been solid. The barbers take their time, do a clean fade, and actually care if you’re happy with the result. It’s probably the best value cut on this side of town, just near Chi Lang Stadium. The shop’s clean, has good energy, and even gave me a cold water on a hot day. I’ve tried pricier places around Danang, but honestly the cut here is just as good, and way better value — especially coming from Australia where prices are wild now. Definitely recommend.

This is a cool-looking barber shop with great quality haircutting. It’s got an impressive wood-panelled interior and plays nice music. We had a very detailed and careful cut with Thu who is friendly and can help out with advice on new styles. The price here is a bit higher but includes the washing at 110,000 VND.

This was a really cool, small barber shop close to the Han market, city side of town. The barbers have some trendy haircuts and there was some cool Vietnamese hip hop playing when I got my cut. Despite his young age my cut was really well executed and the price as you can see was super affordable. Overall a great option in this area.

It’s an ultra cool barber shop I found when I was going to eat Banh Xeo on Châu Thị Vĩnh Tế. They have a cool sign which made me want to stop and take a photo but then I realised it was a barber and stepped in. It’s only recently re-opened at this location after the shutdown. With a sleek, moody interior and fine quality haircutting. My barber spoke both English and Chinese. They have some other locations across town I have not tried yet! The price is great for a basic haircut at 75,000 VND. I added on some additional services like head massage, hair washing and a new one for me - ear cleaning.

This is a really high quality boutique barber shop right near the An thuong area so convenient location for expats. Set above at Tattoo joint in a street that has many bars at night but is peaceful during the day. Pricing is great for this area at around 100k. Super friendly barber at a smaller shop, nice to have a chat in English and practice my Vietnamese. His skill level is very high and you are in safe hands.

Lien Chieu District

Another division of Ky Lee but this one is further out of town. If you happen to live over this side of Da Nang past the airport it’s my top recommendation. If you are travelling from Da Nang’s major bus depot it is close there. The guys are all really well skilled and I have a great time chatting with them and letting them ride my motorbike for a laugh.
